Purchasing from the Item Mall

DOMO’s item mall is different from all of Aeria Game’s other titles. Instead of being in-game, the item mall is located on our website. To access the DOMO item mall, click on the Store link on the domo website or go here. Once there, you will arrive at the feature page. To start shopping, please make sure you are logged in.

If you look at the top of the picture here (#1), you will see a menu bar with 9 categories. By clicking them you will be directed to:

  • Featured Page: Shows featured items from all the various categories
  • Accessories: Includes Cash Shop Costume items other then the suit. This could be hat, back item, or random hat and back items.
  • Consumables: This includes all items that are of one time use. Items will be consumed immediately upon use or expires after specified time.
  • Costumes: This should speak for itself. Includes various armors, costumes, and accessories.
  • Hair Dyes: Holds different colored dyes to change the color of your characters hair.
  • Misc.: Miscellaneous items which are not covered by the other categories
  • Pets: All pet and pet related items
  • Upgrade: All items needed for upgrading of weapons or armor.
  • Checkout: This will allow you to go immediately to view your shopping cart without adding items

The main body (#2) shows all items within that category, along with the price and a brief description of each item. Scrolling over or double clicking an item will bring up a more detailed description of it. Each item also has a check box that you can click on to select. Once you have selected all the items that you want off of the current page, you can click on the “Add to Cart” button (#3). The page will also show you your current available Aeria Points balance (#4).

  • Please note: If you want to continue adding items from other categories, you MUST first add the items off of the current page into your cart. Also, if you want multiple quantities of one item, you must add the item one at a time.

Once you have clicked on the “Add to Cart” button, you will be taken to a page that looks similar to this: (Below Image is Dated, Please ignore the lack of categories and where it says shopping cart. Same thing as Checkout. There is also now a server select. Thank you.)

The page will contain a table showing all the items currently in your shopping cart. You have several choices from here:

1. Click the “continue shopping” button or any one of the other categories in the menu bar to access the various items page again. All the items already in your cart will remain saved, and you will be able to add more items or increase the quantity of an item already in your shopping cart.

2. You can click on the trash can to remove specific items from the shopping cart.

3. Before you finalize your purchase, select from the pull down menu, the DOMO character you want to receive the items.

4. Click “Purchase” when you are ready to finalize your purchase. Please review your shopping cart carefully before purchasing.

5. To completely remove all items from your shopping cart, click on the “Discard” button.

Receiving Item Mall Items

Your specified character will receive the purchased items upon your next login. A message will appear on the screen indicating what item has been received.

Please note:

  • If you were logged in while purchasing, you need to re-login to receive the items. You can also go to a "messenger" for the specific town you are located in (Eversun Messenger etc.) Although it is preferred to re-login.
  • If your inventory is full, the items will not be given. To receive the items, you need to clear your inventory to make space for the new items and re-login again. Once again in a case like this, you can go to the respective messenger for the town you are in.
  • If you purchased a large quantity of items, they may not finish being received till your next login (so if you have not received all your items, please try logging out and back in before emailing customer support)

Obtaining AP

Aeria Points can be purchased using the store link at the top of the homepage. Purchasing points requires paying real world funds through an intermediate such as Google Checkout or PayPal; Aeria Games does not take payments for AP directly.

From the billing page, you will be able to select the method you are most comfortable with and the amount you wish to spend. You will also be able to see how many 'bonus' AP spending a given amount gives. When you go to make your purchase, you will be redirected to the appropriate secured host to complete the transaction. How long it takes before you are able to use your purchased AP is dependent upon the purchase method you selected and is listed with each intermediate.

Viewing current AP

You can see how many AP you currently have available by logging into the DOMO site and clicking on the Item Mall link. You will see your current balance at the top of each section (#4 in the picture above).

Reward Points

Every time you purchase $10 USD or more in AP, you will receive 10% of the amount in "Reward Points." These points can be converted into AP 90 days after the date of purchase. After you log in to the site, you can review your current Reward Point balance, along with a history of your transactions, on the Purchase History page.
