Weapons that jobs can use without having to equip a skill

All weapons can be crafted and upgraded up to three times. To use a weapon, you must have the required skill equipped (Equipping skills from other job classes to your current class (subbing)). Each job has the ability to equip a single weapon naturally (along with beginner weapons which anyone can equip). Some classes may equip several weapons naturally.

Note: Only Commoners may equip batons. There is no way for other classes to equip them

Equip Weapon

To equip a weapon other than a natural weapon for your job you must obtain the following skills. Note that weapon mastery does not allow you to equip weapons, it merely improves your proficiency in using them once you have Equip Weapon

Proficiency for each job

See the following table for proficiency. The mastery skills improve these by 5%. If you had level 1 bow mastery then your thief would be 85% proficient if you used Equip Bow. If you used Equip Bow on your mercenary with level 1 mastery your proficiency would be 60+5% = 65%.
