Q: What is AP and how can I get it?
A: AP is Aeria Point. It is the money at Aeria Games. You can purchase AP for real money. Hit the GET AERIA POINTS button on any game site of Aeria, this button is also in the launcher of Project Torque. The other button is the STORE, can be found on the forums of AeriaGames. You need to be logged in to your Aeria account. After hit the button, follow the instructions. Transferring AP to your account takes time, be patient.
Q: Why am I a spectator?
A: There is a level restriction on game modes, cars, consumables, and on maps. Maybe your level is too low to take part in racing in certain mode or on track. Or you do not have the required car, there are car restricted rooms also. If not, be sure the "Join as spectator" box has no tick in it.
Q: How can i report someone who rams, blocks the way, or is being an abusive player?
A: You can use the ARS. It is a system made for reporting abusers.
Q: Why can I only enter Phoebus and Subtropolis? Why are the rest of the servers full?
A: Currently the rest of the servers are closed, but shown as full. Only the Phoebus and the Subtropolis are opened. Remaining servers will be opened as more players play the game and these two can no longer take the load.
Q: Why do some players have their name in yellow and write in a different color, who are they?
A: The yellow guys are GameMasters or GameSages.
Q: What is a GameSage?
A: GameSages are volunteers on the publisher's(Aeria Games) side. They are in closer contact with GMs. They test the next patches. They run events. They can be bothered by questions about the game. They have no special privileges on the track.
Q: Why can't I write on the System channel?
A: The System channel is visible to everyone, but only GM's and GS's can write on it. They do the announcements there.
Q: I have closed Friends/Lobby/Room channel, how do I reopen them?
A: Right click on System channel tab, press Reset to default.
Q: How to disable chat pop up in game?
A: Right click on any chat tab, go to Display then remove the tick from "pop up ingame".
Q: Can Project Torque use the Logitech G25 steering wheel?
